How do your clips stay in such fine baby hair? TOP
Ella's Bows are made using the highest quality clips out there. Other companies use flimsy clips that don't hold. We use high quality "alligator" clips that are lined w/ ribbon in the perfect way to REALLY hold. Our clips are meant to stay in VERY fine baby hair.
For extra hold we offer our "NO SLIP" clips. These are lined w/ velvet and have a magnet inside the clip for EXTRA hold! For an extra 25 cents per clip I can make any clip a "NO SLIP" clip.

My clips are made in such a way that they really do stay in any babies hair. However, some mommies want to make sure they won't budge. I created my NO SLIP hair clip for this purpose. I add velvet and a tiny magnet to the inside of the clip for 25 cents each clip. These babies don't budge! What Shipping do you offer? TOP

How long before you ship? TOP
Anywhere between 2-7 days. Since all items are hand crafted by myself, please expect your items to take a week for production.
Shipping times are dependent on how many other orders I am doing and how big your order is. If I don't have any other orders I can get them out rather quickly. I always do my best to get items out as quickly as possible.
Wholesale items are given a production quote. What is your refund policy? TOP
We do not give any refunds on orders. However, we have a "make it right" policy. If your item is damaged in shipping or there is something wrong with your order-we will gladly send out a replacement once the damaged item is returned to us.
Can items be shipped to someone as a gift? TOP
YES! We gladly ship all items as a gift and can include a card FREE of charge. Items are packaged in a white box, attached to our card stock, wrapped in tissue paper and include a business card. Special care is made so all items look very nice upon arrival. How are your items packaged? TOP
All our items go out and arrive looking GREAT! All items are attached to a heavy cardstock hair bow holder. Items are then carefully wrapped in tissue paper and include our business card. All hair bow holders and bows are then packaged in a white box and wrapped up tight so as to arrive in perfect condition. Our items look so nice on arrival you could mail them directly to anyone as a gift.
